Refund policy

We want you to feel certain about every LNX piece you keep. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags attached. To start a return, message us on WhatsApp at +20 106 086 3352 or email info@lnxclothing.com with your order number. For cash-on-delivery orders, approved refunds are issued by bank transfer or store credit once we receive and inspect the item; return pickup within Egypt is arranged with our courier. Items marked final sale can be exchanged but not refunded, unless faulty.
